31 Days to Veganize: Day 23

Last night we had burrito bowls! This is a very easy dish that has many different topping options.

For our bowls I made rice for the base and for the toppings I made black beans, chopped tomatoes, avocado, roasted butternut squash, salsa, baked tofu, and vegan sour cream.

This was so good, I am adding it to my staple dish list.
